一、如何破解excel文件密码
我就用我自己的加密的excel文件叫大家怎么破解清除excel密码，首先打开有自己加密的excel文档，如下图：
excel2010和以前的版本有所不同，功能更人性化，更智能化。首先我们要做的是，加载宏文件，excel为宏设置默认是关闭的，我们要启用宏，就必须开启宏；“文件”下的子菜单”选项“
如下图所示：
点击“选项”选择子菜单下“信任中心”“宏设置”在宏设置下。选择“启用所以宏”然后点击“确定”

点击“视图”在右下面我们会看“宏”打开宏，如下图所示：
现在我们就开始录制新宏，宏名：随便填，我这么久填密码，保存在：选择当前工作薄，说明可以不填。

我们在宏工作薄中，把一下宏程序写进去。

就可以把office文档的密码很快找回来。就拿一个DOC文档做个演习。
1、安装上AOPR后，启动它，点击“FileName”右侧的打开文件夹图标，选择需要进行破解的文件。
2、“Type of attack”就使用默认的“Bruteforce attack”，然后是设置密码的长度和组成字符。
3、设置好以后点击工具栏上的“Start recovery”开始破解。稍后（时间长短跟设置的密码长度和组成的复杂度有很大的关系），密码就成功破解了。
AOPR不光可以破解WORD文件，它对EXCEL等OFFICE软件产生的文档密码都可以进行解码，方法也大致一样
